Synthetic Hair Makeup Brush cleaning tips

For synthetic hair brushes, for example, those that we used to apply the foundation, we clean with a dishwasher cleaner and, if it is filthy, oil.

  • Use a little olive oil with the brush to remove oily agents from the makeup.
  • Put the brush under the bobbin and wet with water. You should position the hair in a downward direction, and it is important that you do not soak the handle because it can rot or damage.
  • Make circular movements with the brush over the palm of your hand for deep cleaning.
  • Rinse With your fingers, squeeze the fibers of the brush a bit and slide it out to give a perfect finish to the cleaning.
  • Rinse with shampoo and rinse again.
  • Finally, shook the brush and allowed it to dry inside a container for a couple of hours. It is important that the brush is vertical and upwards so that water does not get into the handle and loosens the glue, which can cause the handle to loosen and come out.

To clean the blush brush, you can simply follow the same steps above or buy a product specially made to wash makeup brushes. Do not forget to do a little test first and follow the directions on the label.
